We are committed to maintaining quality standards for our clients and have designed and implemented a Quality Management System to enhance customer satisfaction. Monitoring, measurement and analysis of our quality system demonstrates that processes are continuously reviewed and improved to ensure conformity to regulatory bodies, whilst meeting the changing needs of our clients.

Our Quality Plan fulfils our vision of delivering exemplary customer service at all levels within our organisation and our quality systems and procedures reflect and respond to the changing needs of clients and employees.

Clinical Audit

Health Response UK Ltd has a well established process of Clinical Audit in place to ensure best practice in patient centred care. We monitor and maintain quality standards of clinical practice for associate practitioners and staff, ensuring a systematic, predictable and evidence based approach to rehabilitation.

Continuing Professional Development.

All of our trainers and senior consultants keep up to date with new regulations and techniques. We also maintain a consistent quality of training through our internal trainer assessor programme. Additionally all delegates attending training courses are given the opportunity to provide qualitative and quantitive feedback on course content and delivery to assist us in continually reviewing and improving our training and consultancy services.

We also instigate Clinical Audit and provide access to continuing professional development for all associate practitioners.

Clinical Advisory Board

Our clinical advisory board is made up of Medical Consultants who provide a valuable level of expertise, ranging from research and development specialists or orthopaedic surgeons and experts in pain management. This enables us to provide the highest level of patient care for all cases.
