I am writing to confirm that having used Health Response UK (HR UK) for over 6 years, our operational sites particularly value the risk management feedback data and reporting provided by the system, as this significantly assists our everyday operations with musculoskeletal related absenteeism and personal injury claims.
HR UK also provides us with further direction at site level on return to work issues (job modification/rotation) and focuses the operational managers on musculoskeletal health and safety prevention.
The data that HR UK has provided has also helped us strategically as a business, in monitoring the performance of sites on a national basis, providing us with benchmark statistics against which to measure the cost of musculoskeletal injury and related absenteeism within the business.
