For claims low in value we offer an initial telephone-based diagnostic triage, followed by rapid referral for clinical assessment and treatment. Case managers are fully qualified clinical therapists in their own right which means we are able to offer an unprecedented level of expert advice to claim managers and clients.
We also have access to specialist rehabilitation consultants for high value claims involving more complex and serious injuries. Where required we will provide specialist led vocational assessments and full support to the claimant through the prescribed programme for rehabilitation.
