As the trainer was a physiotherapist he was able to provide really interesting information about how the body works and why this is important when sitting at a workstation. 

I enjoyed everything about the course; was really good to refresh my skills and knowledge. 

Reminded me how your everyday activities can cause you so many problems which you don’t realise; a very worthwhile course, would definitely recommend it. 

A jolly good session, the trainer was great, very knowledgeable and approachable. 

I found the practical assessment most beneficial. Was good to get direct feedback from the trainer while he observed me carrying out an assessment.

Very clearly presented. Not too technical, relaxed pace which made all the material much easier to understand. 

I enjoyed the practical applications; the whole course was easy to understand with relevance to our own habits. 

Very useful course, trainer made it fun and easy to follow. Much better than expected. 

Excellent trainer, very informative and empowering to make changes. 

Highly relevant to working environment; feel much more confident to carry out my own assessments now.
